We are a couple with 2 little ones and we have always loved traveling. On most of our trips we looked for accommodations that made us feel at home. The apartments offered us this particularity: we set our schedules, we made our meals with local products...

We want our guests to have a good experience during their stay and that is why we work every day to ensure that our apartments offer everything necessary so that their stay is as close to being at home as possible. We are waiting for you with open doors.

Rules

GENERAL CONDITIONS ACCEPTANCE The realization of any reservation supposes the acceptance of these general conditions. USERNAME The person making the reservation must be of legal age and is responsible for the accuracy of the data entered. BOOKING Your reservation can be made by phone, email or directly online on our website. The reservation will be completed when the user receives confirmation of payment and reservation number. 100% of the reservation will be charged by credit card. * Check in time: From 4:00 p.m. * Check out time: Until 11:00 a.m.  * They are not accepted later than 00:00 without prior consultation. * It will be necessary to inform about the estimated time of arrival at the apartment. * In case you arrive after hours, please inform us as soon as possible and contact us. * Pets: Small pets are welcome on request and with an additional charge of €45 per stay. * Smoking is prohibited throughout the establishment. If ignored, €100 will be charged for specialized cleaning. * If the departure is delayed at 11:00 h. a minimum penalty of €50 will be charged * The establishment reserves the right to request a deposit of €200 to cover damages and defects. It will be paid in cash, PayPal, by transfer or by Bizum at the time of your arrival and will be returned within 7 days after your departure if there is no damage. * Visa and MasterCard and PayPal are accepted CANCELLATIONS For cancellations more than 15 days in advance, 100% of the money paid will be refunded. For cancellations more than 7 days in advance, 50% of the money paid will be refunded. For cancellations less than 7 days in advance, no import will be refunded. OCCUPANTS The client can only accommodate the maximum number of people defined in the characteristics of the apartment and the contracted rate. CLEANING The apartment will be made available to the client in the proper clean conditions. The client agrees to leave the apartment in a reasonably clean condition without garbage or food remains. EQUIPMENT The client undertakes to leave the apartment with the same conditions of conservation of the furniture and equipment that he found at the entrance.
